How ling does it take to recieve a Portable Hyperbaric Chamber like; Vitaeris 320
If I order a Vitaeris 320 Hyperbaric Chamber, how long does it take to receive the shipment? Can I ship that directly to a home or office?
Our standard shipping in the US (48) is 5 days ground. The freight company will contact you on day 4 and discuss final delivery location and a 4 hour window of time for the delivery. We take pride in this service and it is keep it to the ultimate customer service format. We do offer overnight shipping, but there is an extra charge (120 pound shipment). For Hawaii and Alaska it’s AIR FRIEGHT and takes 5 days. Overseas and most foreign shipments are AIR FREIGHT and takes 5 days. So, in summary all shipments are 5 days anywhere in the world. Only exception is locations where there is some kind of remote location involved, there it could take an extra day or two.
Also, if an order is placed before 3:00PM, the shipment will go out that day. You will receive 5 days later. Only exception here is if there is a run on orders in a given week. It has happened a couple times in the past 11 years, and the shipment was delayed 1 week.
We pride ourselves on customer service that is one of the things we are known for. Correct and timely order processing and shipment is part of that service. We had had zero issues with order processing and shipping products. And if something gets damaged during shipment a replacement is sent right away, usually that same day, most times overnight.

Remember that here in the US, that in order to things "correctly" it does costs more. Things do cost more in the US due to US GOV agencies and liability. Here we go the extra mile to make sure we do everything correctly. This includes R&D, testing, Quality Control, Chamber control. We carry full liability insurance on the products. We have been in business for over 12 years and shipped over 8,000 Chambers. We expect to be here 50 years from now. Some other companies are cutting corners, not following GOV Agency rules and do not carry any insurance. In fact are outside of the US. When problems occurs, these companies will just close their doors, pull out of the US and everyone with their product will be out of luck. Sometimes there are reasons things are expensive. Remember that as a general rule, Medical Products in the US are 2 to 3 times the costs of medical products sold outside of the US because they have to adhere to all US GOV Agencies, laws and liability insurance. But, you are correct, it does cost more to do things correctly in the US. We will be launching news sales promotions every 2 months or so. So, stay tuned. We are working hard to get lower prices to you.
